I am project manager in clinical research industry (CRO). After earning PhD, I gave up my science dream to take a more stable job. I joined Nagarro recently (about 5 months back). Recently I got a call from Vish gyana technological solutions (VGTS) and they are offering me 50% hike from current CTC. Is it good to leave nagarro and join VGTS. Thoughts?
