Hi Fishes, I'm in a huge dilemma now. Im currently working with TCS and my CCTC is 10.29 LPA and I hold 2 offers, one with with Bank of America for 17.5 LPA Fixed and with CTS for 19 LPA.
My last date is Dec-30 and I received a call today from TCS HR for retaining me for 16 LPA max.
Earlier,before the call I had Bank of america in mind ahead of CTS for its work culture ,hike %, job security and other benefits. But here in TCS also I have very good role, job security and comfort.Please suggest!!

Hey guys, I wanted to check a few things with the bowl here. I've an offer from IBM for an interesting role. It seems to be much better than what I'm doing right now and am keen on taking it up.

However, it has been absolutely frustrating trying to discuss anything about their offer. The lady who arranged my interviews is not reachable on phone/email. They assigned a spoc when I raised a helpline ticket but she hasn't been responding either.

CTC wise Deloitte is offering only a bit more than Accenture in terms of fixed. But PwC India is quite less than Accenture.
