I’m trying to figure out what I’m worth. I’m a director / editor who works directly in-house at an agency. I’ve directed several (roughly one a month) broadcast spots in the last year for a national fast food client and I’ve also edited those spots among editing other random national spots in-between. The production budgets range from roughly 200k-500k per shoot depending on how many days it is. I get paid 75k yearly which is feeling pretty low when I do the math. Is that fair?

How do you deal with a manager who expects 3 months of work overnight? I have tried structuring , creating a plan to show him how the activities are being executed. Hi, my I485 is pending. Priority is July 2014 EB3. I-485J is for a software developer but I moved to different role (HR) within the same company. How will it affect my GC processing? Is there a way I can move to a different company in HR? Or is it best to stay with the same company until I get my GC?
