What are the chances of a H1b change of employer getting rejected. Moving from a EY to Mastercard. Considering the reputation & size of the two companies it should be smooth right? Just nervous and want everything to go right.

Hi All, I am looking for Project Manager roles. I have 3 yrs of experience in data and 3 yrs of experience as project manager. Preferably remote(or hybrid). I am on H1B visa and in the DMV area.
Industries: Healthcare, Finance(Banking and Insurance). I do have cloud knowledge and AWS CCP. Please comment if you or the company you are working for is hiring.

@ those who have gotten their H1 stamped - Can we use the auto generated employment verification letter from ToD for H1B stamping Interview? Or do we have to get a separate letter signed by a Manager?

It say I should tear off the I-94 record from the approval notice, and the right half should be stapled in my passport. On which page of my passport should I staple the right half? Can I use a paper clip instead of a staple?
And at the US exit border, does the officer unstaple that part and keep it for themselves? Please advice me about the process at airport.

Is their any risk on employer doing recruitment phase for PERM before the PWD has been approved?

I would assume that if for some reason they complete recruitment and PWD comes back being higher than the wage included on recruitment that they would just restart the recruitment? Is their any other risk for me other than employer potentially having to do recruitment twice?
