I have just done my final round of interview today and am expecting an offer letter from HR in a few days.
I have 14YOE and my CTC is 12.3 LPA.
During the initial discussion with HR I asked for 17.5 LPA.
I have also agreed for rotational shifts.
Is the ECTC too little or should I ask for more and negotiate.?
Pls suggest and guide.
Also pls tell me abt the rotational shifts work life balance.
