Larsen & Toubro Infotech Hello Everyone I want to know the work life balance in LTI. I've heard that the culture is like BPO you've to spend 9 hours in the office even if your work is completed. They are very much strict about timings. If you're login time is 10 it should be 10 if you login at 10:15 you need manager approval. The projects are also of supports? I'm selected as Java developer in Lymbyc(LYM) Bu. Please it would be really helpful if you guys give me some insight especially Larsen & Toubro Infotech L&T Techn

Why is this even a question. The BIG 4 is much better for career growth, development, and overall reputation. WITCH is made fun off for being a bodyshop where you do brain dead work all day.
You’ll make way more in the long run by picking PwC; higher salary increases each year and much better exit opportunities.
Disagree to no end. If you are ready to bear the brunt of toxic demoralizing culture join PwC. If you want to chart out your own career progression join Cognizant. WLB sucks at both.
Lol 10k is small. Go with the market brand.
$10k after taxes is even less. Choose where you would feel would be a better fit, you feel you align with better and ideally whichever one has a better opportunity to grow your career.
I usually say it’s all about the $$$$$, but I’d go pwc. Can you negotiate a bigger sign on bonus?
I think you can push that to minimum of $10k, up to $15k. Source: I did this when I joined as a SA.
I spent 3 years at Cognizant. Choose PwC.
I’ve worked at both.
PwC has a much better brand and is waaay up on the consulting food chain compared to Cognizant.
$10k is nothing, and I guarantee you raises and bonuses will be better at PwC, as well as exit opportunities.
Cognizant does have some great people, but unless you have a reason to join Cog other than initial comp I’d personally pass.
Follow the money broski
PwC. Can you ask PwC if they can match the other offer?
Already did that.. the difference was 20 K earlier :).. They did their best I guess. I was surprised to know that Cognizant pays more.
PwC. Check for total comp (bonuses + benefits + monetizable perks) instead of salary alone. Ask for a big signing bonus, and push for a promotion early on.
Go for PwC - lower salary right now but later on for higher levels it will be higher
Which location is this?
PwC
