Hello. I received a verbal offer from EY but it’s been weeks and I haven’t received any letter/email or additional details. Is this the usual?, or should I be worried that they have changed direction on the role?

Will Deloitte india revise offer based on the current offer?

I got offer from Deloitte for around 14.5 (fixed + variable) for 4 years of experience in SAP.

But now i have better offer for around 17 LPA.

Is it a good decision to ask Deloitte india for a revision?

What are the chances that they'll revise the offer?
