I am a ReactJS developer (frontend) with 3.8 years of experience. I currently switched my company but they don't have an opening for ReactJS and kept me on a bench for 3 months and they are telling me now to learn AEM technology and work on the AEM project for now.
They hired me for a package of 16 LPA.
So my questions are is it a good technology to learn? Should I say yes and have a career in it?
Will I get the same package like ReactJS or less? What is future if compared with React?

Hi fishes, I have 1year of experience working in pre sales. Since I started off in an IT start-up, I had given the designation as senior consultant. Will that be a problem while applying to MNC's?

I got an offer from teksystems India for hpe client. My question is what will happen if someday HPE don't want us to work for them anymore or maybe project development ends...so will teksystems move us to different client within 2 month (as they say) or will they fire us?

Secondly how is tbe appraisal cycle at teksystems India? How are the benefits?

Does this mean that they are waiting for others to complete their interview or am I rejected? If not ,how many days they tak appxm to make a decision. I have an offer accepted from Elevance 125k (Anthem) and w a good team and seems that WLB would be ok. Also, Amazon hiring manager wants to interview me for a job. Is just a hiring manager int. so obvi nothing guaranteed. Salary if offered will be more than 150k. My question is should I accept the interview and see where it goes? Is it really worth it to proceed with a company like Amazon for 25k+. I live in CA so $ is imp but I do have a toddler so WLB is also imp. Both role are Sr. MGR.

Presently working in EY as AM. Total YOE 6.2yrs. Got selected in Deloitte at Manager level. Please suggest the Compensation (range) that I may demand:
Present Package - 19.5L (fixed)
Variable - 10-15% (Would be pro rated to 8months)
Joining bonus - 1L
Not sure about variable payout but will have to let go off the joining bonus and hike for sure.
