Hello, I recently got an offer to join Bajaj Allianz for insurance sales and their pay structure is 7k salary which I will only be receiving if I make sales worth 50,000 in a month and if I don't reach this target then I don't get any money. It's a part time job offer but can anybody enlighten my upon this and is Bajaj worth joining especially if I may be moving to another city in about 6months for studies.
Any advice is greatly appreciated.
