Hello! I will be attending an unranked B-school in London this fall. I chose the school for a handful of reasons (family, time, program, budget) and even before I have determined that I want to become an MBB consultant post MBA.

I come from an EM country, 10 years in Financial Services from brand-name global firms. Undergrad - Foreign Service.

Realistically, what are my chances of getting into MBB as a consultant? Do I even have a shot at an associate consultant role?

After the first round, I was quickly moved on to the written exercise but its now been a month since I submitted it and I haven’t received any update on my application despite following up with HR once. My employer has told me what my year end bonus is going to be and that it’ll be paid out on 12/31 - I’ve accepted a position elsewhere, if I put in my notice now would they not pay me out the bonus I’ve rightfully worked for? I could not find any policies in our handbook about it

Hello Everyone! Had a discussion yesterday regarding “claw backs” being included in a policy for sponsorship if the new employee leaves before 3 years. It was a declining percentage over a three year period. My POV was that it wasn’t something I’ve ever done and didn’t seem like they were sure of the hire they were making. I get wanting to save costs but at the same time doesn’t feel inclusive or welcoming. Thoughts? Have you done this or seen it work? Thanks!

And second is from one small scale US startup company of 22lpa+1l jb for java developer position, the only thing I'm worried is, it's a very small company having almost 53 employees globally. And to avoid double taxation from US and India, they have one Indian entity company to rollout salary of Indian employees.. please help me

No joining bonus
Appraisal only starting October next year

I know this gets posted a lot in here but I am struggling to make financial sense of my offer I received. I know UK salary market is much lower, but I also don’t want to be suddenly strapped for money when I am comfortable in the US. Obviously my want to move to the UK can/probably will outweigh this concern but I would appreciate any weigh in.
