Yes if you join before April then you are eligible for the appraisal cycle but last year's hike is only applicable from this 2025 April . So most hikes won't be there in KGS this year.

If you are in-house and focused on privacy law, can you give me a sense if your Data Processing Agreement is crafted for compliance with the GDPR and CCPA only, or does it address compliance with all applicable data protection laws? Hi guys,
Need help,I am joining VMware Banglore on 27th June. During interview I told them I need wfh. They said it wil be wfh this entire year. Only mistake I did was i didn't permanent wfh. I took for granted like once I join i can opt for it ( as my VMware friends had said we can opt for it)
Now the offices have started, I am scared if they call me to office , I have 14months son, not willing to leave him n go for office.

So if I ask manager to give me permanent wfh will they agree ?

Hey everyone - I could do with some advice. Not sure what I am doing wrong, but I am having a hard time getting interview calls. I am trying to pivot from consulting to the industry and targeting project/program management roles. With my wife for 14 years, 2 kids under 8y - both under a lot of pressure bc Covid/work/private life/… and have been (unconsciously) running away from our couple not working “since a long time” (dixit my wife).
