Our employee satisfaction survey is tied to our performance goals. Meaning, if we rate management badly, we cannot meet 10% of our goals which in turn affects our bonuses and raises. Hello All, my joining date needs to be extended by 5 days in JPMC and HR said in call that no revised offer letter based on new joining date will be issued and new joining date confirmation will be somewhat communicated prior to 3 days of onboarding.
However he mentioned he will reply back with a confirmation email on top of the email which I have sent requesting for revised joining date.

I have a real estate client who at the top of his organization chart owns is 50/50 partners in a real estate investment company. First question is it advantageous to have the top of the organization 50/50 partners own the r/e company as an s-corp? That 50/50 company then owns 70% of holding company they own all the real estate as a partnership that the original partners are 35/35 and the investors own the remainder. All the real estate deals are then owned by this holding company.

I spent a year in tax investigations where I believe I was thriving ( I was going to be an assistant manager in July 2023), I had a lot of assistant manager jobs, I even drafted a Code 9 report to HMRC which my manager said was 80% of an actual report, he then added the 20% and submitted it.
After I realised I couldn't maintain all the unpaid overtime I was working I decided to take a turn and go to compliance, so now I work in CT compliance. I feel very surpressed.
