I'm looking for recommendations for a resume building service - not to review an existing resume but to actually help me build one from scratch. I've been at my current company for 19 years, and have been leading / managing teams for a little over 16 of the years. I haven't kept up on refining my resume over the years and now I don't know where to start or how to even define all the roles I've had. Any suggestions are appreciated.

I was told to apply to a hospital job by someone interested in interviewing me. The recruiter reached out. Asked for my availability but then didn’t respond when I gave her my availability. I followed up. We scheduled a phone call (she said she’d call) and then she didn’t call! At this point, I’m thinking they’re totally disorganized. Is this common practice? I’ve never dealt with a recruiter so I don’t know.

When discussing a first technical interview with a recruiter how much time do you ask them to give you for preparing for the interview?

Hi, i have been shortlisted for business analyst profile at Amazon. My first round is next week. Can anyone tell me about the process? How to prepare for the first round and subsequent rounds?

I had first round With Kyndryl to understand my role and work and they mentioned they will arrange for second round in week or so.
It has been 25 days , HR keeps calling once in 10 days that yes we are arranging for second round bla bla bla as panel is not available.

Any suggestions??

Interviewing fo FB for their content designer role! Got a couple questions:
1. Does FB sponsor visas? i'm on the E3, which is much easier to get than the H1B. No lottery involved.
2. What is the salary for a content designers with 4 years of experience? Glassdoor is saying ~135K. Is that right?
