I am a first year who just started a couple of months ago and I am literally confused all the time. I did some small work for two partners and they loved it, so put me on new deals but the mid levels I am staffed with absolutely hate the work I do. One said the work I did was laughable. We get it, ghosting happens. But has it ever happened to you repeatedly by the same person? Cashmere Agency in LA calls me relentlessly and then ghosts me just as relentlessly. The recruiter for freelance at Havas is the worst. She’ll email and ask for my availability then ghost. Also brought me in for an interview & didn’t even tell them I freelanced there before.

Scale of 1-10, how crazy is it to check-in email the CDs you interviewed with? Unless there’s been a terrible accident I’m pretty sure the recruiter is ghosting me. The not knowing is killing me!

Sadly a lot of recruiters are unemployed and being ghosted themselves.
