Hello, In KPMG India my L1 & L2 rounds are positive for Salesforce QA role but from last week its under discussion on, does anyone knows what the actual procedure here, how much time they take generally to generate Offer letter ? I have few queries:

How is the work culture? and the Work life balance in KPMG india?
Working mode: If Hybrid how many days/week?
Are Work from Office timings flexible or compulsion to stay dedicated hours in office? Do they have Variable pay concept here?
