I’ve been working at a startup for the past month, following a 3-month part-time engagement. While the experience has been good, the lack of standardized processes affects overall efficiency. I’ve now received an offer from EC-Council and, as a Business Analyst, I want to make a well-informed decision on which role offers better growth, structure, and learning. What would you recommend?

I am mainly working with shops in the States as a non-native speaker and I am constantly worried about my ability to communicate (in any professional occasion but mostly in meetings). I am working with some of the best shops and this makes the situation worse considering that I am largely surrounded by an extremely competent group of folks that are super good at any form of communication. How do you feel as a native speaker when you meet non-natives? Should they be worried, or, they doing ok?

Will augmented reality become successful quick enough to keep human workers in the factory, or has advanced robotics progressed enough that full automation is already the answer? 🤖

New to Toronto, moved to the west end of town/ just past - in Etobicoke. Is building a personal website using Wordpress a good way to stand out as a PM candidate (junior) or is it better to code it from scratch? - I have some coding knowledge but mostly concerned if hiring managers would care.

I work with a junior PM who is not performing. Not my report, we share a mgr, but as a senior PM I lead the product. He can’t finish anything, needs a lot of coaching, I give him 2h/wk but I can’t afford more.
After 2mos I raised it to our mgr who promised to work with him. 2 more mos passed, mgr talked to him only once, no change in perf. I think mgr doesn’t want to deal with the problem. Now they ask if I want to manage JPM. It is going to be a ‘no’ but I want to ask some advice on all this.

Hi 8.1 YOE as a business analyst, 2 offers IQVIA -20lpa and wipro -24 CTC, got 45 days remaining before joining. Should i expect higher offers? Around 30?or stop looking for it?

3 Things to keep in mind which changing jobs:
1. Always ask dedicated budget for the job before you tell your expectations.

2. Always have atleast 2 weeks of gap before you join any company. You might not understand significance of that but just have a gap.

3. Always talk to people of team you will be joining before you accept offer or atleast before you join company.
