Our team got the Super Team Award for this quarter. However I would be leaving the firm this Friday. Would I be getting the reward amount?

I need an assistant/paralegal. Probably part time at first. I live/work in a small city in Oklahoma, solo practice. I would like approx 10 billable hours/week (if part time) from them. What do i look for in one? Pay amount? (Most here make around $12/hour). Incentives for bonus money?

Went from a big firm to work for a smaller firm. The people in the smaller firm are protective of their work and are good by their work too. I no longer feel chaos or stress. I am treated with respect and my schedule is more normal. I am even working more billable hours than before, but it feels like a seamless experience. I don’t work then past 5pm or anything out of the ordinary for this time of the year. I am so grateful!

I have $100K liquid cash over and above maxing out 401K, HSA, College fund, investments in Index funds and emergency fund. I plan to leave $25K for contingency. Of the $75K is it wise if I purchase I bonds worth $30K (myself, spouse, kid)? Current combined rate is 9.62 Does anyone foresee the interest rate drastically reducing? Hey everyone. I am not an ADHD consultant, but mom to a 6 year old who is very likely ADHD (we will be starting the diagnosis process soon).
