Recently got an offer from IBM ISL, Lucknow. In the PDM round, manager said that I would be working in the DB2 team. I really need to whether I would get exposure to AI/ML in this team?

I am currently working in a deep tech AI startup which has client facing projects. I really want to choose wisely and understand whether IBM ISL aligns towards Deep Tech and AI in DB2 or not? Their 90 day notice period feels like a deterrant in case I end up feeling that I made wrong choice about the work

How is WLB in synechron for UBS client? Also any suggestions are welcome regarding organisation as I’m yet to decide whether I’ll join or not as I have couple or other options but synechron is paying most.

Recently I have been looking for a job switch. I have recieved an offer from a startup company whose client is hpe. HR round was taken by a HPE manager too. They told they have 25-30 employees in hpe. They have other clients like Deloitte, PWC .
He told after 6-8 months of performance I can be in direct payroll with HPE.
So is it a good idea to join ?
Or shall I look for other jobs ? Please help ..

Why the resource team is wrongly mapping to higher level management role project proposals. Like 4 yr experienced people are being proposed for 10 year experience requirement.

I attended a client interview last week and was selected for the same. Now they are asking to join within a day or two. I'm having my mom's surgery this week. How to safely refuse to join this client project for at least 10 days. I can't take leave for 10 days.
