I insisted them during offer to give me Chennai - shollinganallur campus - which is just 20 mins from my place , but they said they cannot change the dc in offer and I can speak on intra dc change post joining. Now I would like to know if it can be changed now with onboarding advisor ? Pls help if no. Is it easy to change post joining ? Pls advice

Took my first ever sick day today on account of my very poor and worsening mental health. Just could not bring myself to put in another 14 hour day with back to back meetings and constant activity. Felt very guilty but I honestly wish I could be more honest and actually share with my manager about why I took a day off.

For those also going through this, any tips on how you manage yourself day to day? What self talk tends to help?

I want to advance in my career, but I have no energy to do anything when I get home, even if it's an early day.
