Warning to all those who plan to join TCS.
never ever join TCS. TCS does not hold the brand values of Tata anymore.. Its now a toxic company led by management who do not know what to do. The Rmg & HR are terminating the soft and easy targets who are on bench. They are creating a fluidity list if you are in bench. Though the RMG should be helping search project ,nowadays they are not letting anyone find project directly putting on fluidity list. The whole management has gone for a toss. Even though they mentioned 12000 to be sacked the number is close to 90000. Even one the RMG 35 yr old from Hyd committed suicide due to mental pressure. Imagine the pressure and toxic environment around. The govt, labour dept, news ,media are all silent. Until there is a top level management change donot think of joining and if you are lucky find a low paying job and leave the toxic place as soon as you can.
