What do you think is a reasonable total fee for a prenuptial agreement where both parties have significant assets and there is some negotiation? What about for a dissolution with a complex asset situation and children? I had a prenup a few weeks ago that came out to $7,000 and another about $5500, and I didn’t overbill, but I am willing to write some off if that seems excessive or I am just slow. How long does HCL take to release the offer?

I have taken the interview on 27th July 2022 and next day I got an update that I am selected and I will be connected by HR for further proceedings.

With all details I have shared, I have been told that the approvals are pending and the offer will get released soon.

Now, they have mentioned it will be released next week.

How do relocations work when they're delayed?

My job advised me in July that I was approved to be relocated and promoted.

They told me a week before my move date that they are pushing my move back TWO MONTHS.
I explained that I have no place to stay or to store my things because I was planning on being in our new location. I was told that they were NOT going to assist me with living arrangements and that I should find a second job to help hold me over until the move.

A question from a youngster. Is working at a big big company with slightly low pay better or working at a much smaller company with higher pay better?

In the future, after a few years, let’s say I’m at a small company and want to switch to big big company, will the “small names” hurt my chance to get into the big doors?

I mean big big company is like 10x bigger than the small one if this was a factor. Assume everything else the same, WLB, commute, teams, etc.

Got offer from deloitte and honeywell. Deloitte offering X+ 3.5 Lpa (2 lakhs as JB) for Mumbai location and honeywell X+ 8 Lpa for Pune location. Please guide as tech stack in honeywell is their own product and proprietary language whereas in deloitte its open and will help in future switches or help in learning curve. Please guide. I joined TCS as a lateral (yoe=16) about 2.5 months back. I have been allocated to a project code, but there is no work yet. I have been asked to submit timesheet as Non-billable. Just doing some learnings as of now as manager says they are yet to convince client for Onboarding.Since it's not bench code I don't get any calls from resource management group also
1) Will it effect my confirmation which is bound to happen in 3 months of joining?
2) Will it impact my performance ratings etc? .
