I have been informed by manager that I am promoted to BA4 with official comms of IRP for laterals to be communicated by 1st week of Aug.

My CCTC is 18 LPA with 5.6 YEO in DEVOPS and SRE. How much hike/rise I should expected in my current compensation?

I have received an offer from KPMG Global Services, HR said there will be 10-20% yearly bonus apart from fixed CTC. But % numbers are not mentioned in the offer letter, Just they mentioned it as " You will be eligible for Performance bonus as per the company policy".

When I checked with HR for bonus % is not mentioned in the offer letter, she said... its not mentioned for everyone. 10-20% is common across all employees.

Is this okay ? OR anyone have their bonus % in the offer
