Hi fishes, I have recently attended an interview with Accenture India Accenture couple of days back and can see the candidature status is on hold after my 1st round of interview. Does this mean that they are waiting for others to complete their interview or am I rejected? If not ,how many days they tak appxm to make a decision. I accepted a $115K base salary, 13% bonus, 10k sign on bonus (scientist supervisor) job and two weeks later, got a $135K base, 17% bonus, and 15K sign on bonus (Senior scientist role) offer from another company. Should I accept the new offer ? How do I tell the previous company about this? Also, I’ve already negotiated with the first company and the $115K base is the negotiated salary. My father took a home loan, and the same home is kept as mortgage.
I'm paying arround 22k emi for the same but unable to exempt tax as the loan is on my father's name.

I googled a lot how to transfer it but neither gift deed nor sale deed would work as the property is on mortgage that's under bank's ownership (until loan is fulfilled).
Tax is also getting deducted, I'm paying hefty emis.
What can I do?

I got an offer from a company A with 90% increment on CTC and in other company B at 130% increment on CTC. I'm totally confused which one to choose. Here are some pointers regarding the two:
1)A has both fixed and variable whereas B has fixed. So 130% will be fixed.
2)A is brand company B is paying really well.
3)B has sure short onsite opportunities.
Not sure which one to go for. Any help/suggestion would be great..

2. Deal Advisory role at one of the Big 4
3. Organization strategy role from one of the top consulting companies (not Big 4)

Which role offers the best exit options? All the offers from US support teams of the companies.
OS role offers better than the other two (only slightly), but I am interested in a good profile
