Hi All,
After ED round of interview I got a mail from HR asking to submit few documents. In the mail HR has mentioned that I'm one of the shortlisted candidate and final selection is yet to be made. So how are my chances of getting an offer.
Is it something common that happens in JPMC.

I got a call from DXC for senior Java developer position in Bucharest (Romania). They have mentioned a pay scale of 17k to 18k RON per month after tax cutting
If i got selected I am planning to move with my family.
Will there be any savings and what would be cost of living for a 3 member family there.

I have offer of 27.5 from Nagarro (client to be decided yet) and 30 from HCL Technologies (apple client and work location also apple) and 26 from Netcracker Technology Corp. maybe with some joining bonus. Thank you very much for offering me the role of Senior Manager with company name. Though it was a difficult decision, I have accepted a position with another company, since the offered position and Job roles & responsibility aligns with my career goals.
I was offered a senior Infra Architect role,which is entirely into professional services Domain with an annual compensation of XX LPA.
I sincerely enjoyed our conversations and very much appreciate you taking time to interview me.

I did because that was an important aspect of why I choose the new offer. The company I accepted the offer wasn't meeting that new CTC offer I got . It's upto you to mention it or leave it. Use this as a template and built ur email with ur thoughts. I spoke with the HR and then dropped the email. Its kind of a business ethics
I recommend you to call up HR/Recruitment team and inform them in prior for your unavailability. If you want to be honest, call out reason as better prospects in another company or salary or brand etc. If you want to hide about your joining in another company, you can give any reason. Be transparent on what you are saying rather hiding information. Better not to put anything in email !!
Calling is a bad idea.. just mail is sufficient.
@Author - If you are pretty sure on not joining company, you can inform them we'll in advance instead waiting till last minute. Say 30-45 days before, so that they can go for alternative plan. Due to current market situation, few of the companies are revoking offer letter in the last minute. Hence keep one or two back up rather informing everyone on your unavailability. I recommend you not to disclose CTC and company name while informing to HR/Recruitment team. But in case icompanyf you want to negotiate, then you can go ahead & inform them for counter offer. It purely depends on your situation and career goal to select company.
