I have got an offer from KPIT for 15LPA CTC.
THE HR told me that this is an initial offer and she would increase it one week before my joining date.
At the time of generating this offer, I had an offer in hamd of 14LPA and was expecting a 16LPA offer which I told her.

How much more can I ask her for the revised compensation?

CCTC - 9.15LPA
YoE - 3.3years
Current company - TCS
Role - Automotive Systems Engineer (Requirements,MBSE)
Offer in hand - 14LPA

I am currently working as a Data Science Analyst in Amex and would like to make a switch to Fraud detection/Credit risk modelling in future.(not in a hurry but would like to start preparing for the same)
How should I go about preparing for it? Is MBA the only course?
My current tech stack is Python, Pyspark, Hive, SQL, ML, DL(specifically NLP based). I have already done MS in CS from IIT Kgp.
I am confused mainly cause the tech stack requirement is similar to my role in the company.
