I am a Salesforce Technical Lead with 7 YOE. I have a really good profile but can't get any interviews. Is the salesforce market bad rn? I also feel it might be the salary I am expecting. Current is 41 LPA and expecting basic hike, not over the top. I'd switch even at 45 LPA because I want to just change the company. If you have any leads in Pune or Remote please let me know.
