Become a court interpreter or work for an immigration law firm using your language skillset. Court translators can make almost as much as attorneys (the hourly rate of the ones I previously worked with when paid by the state was $150 or $200/hr.)
There's usually a written exam you have to take for that language to make sure you're fluent enough to do legal translations which requires a higher language level.
The exam should be through the court system, not sure what dshs has to do with it.
