I've an interview lined up this week as a 'Sr. Tech Recruiter' if converted, I can help candidates relocate to Berlin, Germany.

As a recruiter,
Would like to ask a few questions :

1. How many interview rounds you have ? What is the content in these rounds ?

2. While coding round, on which sites your coding is being evaluated ?

3. Have you got any visa and relocated ? if yes, how was the process being conducted?

4. Any tips to prepare for the interview ?

I have given 3 rounds of interview for the position of SE- B8 , i.e. Lead SE. Now in salary discussion round i asked HR for a CTC between a range of 31-34L. But they told me max they can give is 29.5L. I still did not accepted the initial offer from HR, it is going again one more round for salary negotiation after HR confirms the bracket from Business. I know Natwest dont negotiate once you accepted the offer. What CTC can i expect from Natwest for Lead SE.

I have cleared interview with Wipro and while uploading the documents i uploade document but they mentioned LOA & education certificate are incorrect so i re-uploaded them but again they mentioned LOA is incorrect.. so i connected with the person who sent me the link to upload the doc but no help from her.. i tried to open the link today (17th March) evening but the link was not opening... what will be the next step.. how can i upload it again.. Question: I have a client who started a restaurant. He leased the land and bought shipping containers where he spent money contracting out to turn them into bars. I’m having a tough time determining how to depreciate this! First thought was leasehold but he’s not making improvements to a structure...he owns the structure! I left deloitte India manager role to join IQVIA lead developer because of a difference in salary of around 5lpa and also because I read bad reviews about DI throughout. It's been a week that I got onboarded in iqvia but still haven't received laptop and no sign of work getting started. I am bored, demoralized and regretting not joining Deloitte now.
