IAPP rescinded offers to their fellows for the Westin fellowship. I know one of the fellows and I feel terrible for them. I don’t understand why IAPP wouldn’t reach out to corporate members cont.

Deloitte offered me a position with a 25% pay raise. Would love to jump ship but not too keen on all the firm initiatives that you have to do. Any advice?

Would love some advice: I have been in my role for 1 year as an analyst and it feels like the pay or personal development opportunities in my role are not meeting my expectations. I am in a dilemma where I know I want to switch companies but given the lack of YOE as an experienced hire having campus recruits recruiting for next year’s roles, I don’t know what my next steps should be. Should I wait a year to be promoted to consultant or apply for campus hire? (Continuing in comments)
