I will be securing an offer from Mastercard soon, money is not a concern for me as I have an offer from Warner Bros. Discovery Discovery for 35LPA and Mastercard would be able to match or just exceed a bit in that number.
I don’t care about the location too, my main concern is I have read Mastercard has bad culture, frequent layoffs, no wlb, no cloud and legacy technology, can someone let me know how much of it is true? L7 position.

For Series A or B startups, if you have 5-10 yoe, what kind of upside are you looking for assuming you’re able to sell your equity by the time it vests in ~4 yrs? 500k, 1M, multiple MM?

Does AAS pay the same as FDD?

Epam system(not epam anywhere) or Impetus technologies?

Tech stack- data engineer - spark, hive, hadoop, java
YOE- 8.5 years
Both providing long term wfh option
Ctc almost same

Which would be better to join for long term settlement and growth perspective irrespective of ctc offered?

I have offer from Accenture with 15.5 LPA with 21percent VPA including 3.25 L variable pay. The pay is for Level 10 and domain is SAP, YOE is 4.6. So what is the pay range for Level 10 and I do have counter offer so can I negotiate further with Accenture.

is it OK to negotiate if you agreed upon an offer and number seems low when you see in offer letter . would the company/manager can block you if they feel like you are playing because you show interest and negotiating multiple times?
