How is the work life balance in Citi?
Here is the scenario: Have 2 offers from IT MNCs and 1 from Citi. Citi's offer is the highest. Almost 5 lakhs diff in the fixed component. Although money is important, but I am also seeking a little balance with life. I was previously in ZS Associates and to be frank, life was hell. I am not looking to relive that phase again.
What are the daily actual working hours?
Shall I join Citi or let go it for a lower package offer?
Seeking honest advice here.

I would suggest you tell your manager and take it from there. Although it should be done within the first 3 days of hiring, better late than never.
You should never hide something that could cause risk to the company. Tell your manager. Work with your manager on improving the work flow to ensure it isn't missed moving forward. It is simply something that cannot be missed. Use your calendar to set reminders. Build it into your onboarding practice and stay consistent.
E-Verify has an option to enter a reason why they were submitted late. Tell your manager about the over sight.
Make sure your leader is aware, complete them asap. I once worked for a company who hadnt done them in months even in some cases a year. I never heard anything about it.
Do them now.
