I missed 11 new hires in E - Verify from May-August.

What are the consequences? Will my company be fined heavily if I put them in now? Could I get fired? Help, I’ve never missed these many employees before.

I would suggest you tell your manager and take it from there. Although it should be done within the first 3 days of hiring, better late than never.

You should never hide something that could cause risk to the company. Tell your manager. Work with your manager on improving the work flow to ensure it isn't missed moving forward. It is simply something that cannot be missed. Use your calendar to set reminders. Build it into your onboarding practice and stay consistent.

And I have been helping run my family business for the past 10 years. I was intially interviewed for a senior account executive position at a $70k offer. Instead they told me I needed more training and hired me as a Junior account executive at a $50k salary + commission. Today is my 6th month mark and I have done very well. I applied to a job at KPMG and did the first two rounds of interviews, general interview, then case study and competency. Never before have I had such a positive feedback at the end of an interview of the 2nd, both said really like me, I did well etc.
It's now been 3 weeks since the interview and I still haven't heard back from the team other than the odd HR email saying they are following up with them. Is there something going on internally, I.e hiring freeze in the London office atm?

How is the work life balance in Citi?

Here is the scenario: Have 2 offers from IT MNCs and 1 from Citi. Citi's offer is the highest. Almost 5 lakhs diff in the fixed component. Although money is important, but I am also seeking a little balance with life. I was previously in ZS Associates and to be frank, life was hell. I am not looking to relive that phase again.
What are the daily actual working hours?
Shall I join Citi or let go it for a lower package offer?

I have a weeklong vacation planned in the next few weeks, and right now I don’t see any issues with getting coverage while I’m gone. However, I’m a junior attorney and I’ve been low on hours the past few months, and my work has just started to really pick up. Has anyone moved away from NY and successfully resigned from the NY bar? What are the consequences if you just don’t pay? The requirements are insane to officially “resign” - draft a motion, pay a fee, send proof of service - I honestly do not know what this nonsense means, I’m not a litigator for a reason. Is there someone I can pay to do it? Should I just pay the $375 to stay active to avoid this nightmare?
