Hey all. I am 1k with United and yesterday I got my bag back with the wheel completely destroyed. I went to baggage and they offered me a “replacement bag,” which was nothing like my current bag. I asked for a voucher and they offered me a measly $50 after I told them I couldn’t produce a receipt for my bag, but could give them a general idea how much I paid for it. She totally treated me like a liar even though I fly them like every week. Anyone had this happen?
