Is there any interview after probation period?
Although Amazon has instituted a hiring freeze and layoffs are probably on their way, I went through the loop for a security engineer position at AWS. Before I attended the final interviews, Amazon placed the hiring freeze and called me to ask if I wanted to go ahead or cancel my application. I decided do go ahead Right now I'm waiting for their response and the position I applied to changed from "under consideration" to "no longer under consideration". Thoughts?

I recently joined TCS but I was moved into very different project which was told during hiring. Also they told me for joining incentive but later after 65 days of joining they didn't give saying your business aproval got rejected. I really want to be with TCS but due to project dissatisfaction, I am looking for different job. I am not sure if I can leave the organisation soo soon(4 months) and it should not effect my carrier.

Tata Consultancy I am a manager in Capgemini... have an offer frm TCS. the designation being offered is Assistant Consultant.. 9.8 years experience( 5 yrs with Cap) Even though I am getting a package of 25Lakhs.. it seems like a demotion in designation.. Cg has offered to match upto 23.5 lakhs.. Is it worth moving to TCS on this grade? My primary reason for moving out of Cg is i m bored of beauocracy and WLB at current project. Hello Fishes, Our project management asked us to return the assets by Oct 1st. They are forcing us to pick any upcoming Saturday's to return the assets, that to we need to report the office by 10 am to return the system. Does this "return to pick up" option in Ultimatix still works or we need to go to office only to return the system.? Tata Consultancy

There is no guarantee that you will get the same BU, btw how much CTC has been offered (less than 35 I am guessing)? For 10-11+ usually C3B (one grade above) is given? Be ready to wait for 2-3 weeks to get a project by chasing RMGs.

As per the band do they give access to the Microsoft office O365 ?
What is the level of access they give to Microsoft Office O365 C3A and C3B ?
😯Would they provide diffrent BU though hiring is done for particular unit? What if we don't get project within 2-3 weeks?
