Hey all, so i interviewed for product manager role at Amazon and went through 5 rounds of loop + screening round in first week of feb. Last round was around 6 feb. But since then i haven't heard anything from HR. Application on portal also shows under consideration.

Should i reach out to HR for clarification. I had dropped a mail around mid last week 12-feb but didn't get any response.

While giving the tech interview as well as while having the HR discussion, I mentioned my expected CTC as 9-10 LPA(CTC). I cleared the interview and uploaded all the documents in the portal yesterday. Today mrng all the document verification was completed. But when I got the call for offer discussion, she asked what u expect. I said 9-10 LPA. She questioned me that on what basis I am asking for this much hike. She offered me 6.3 LPA as CTC with 21% variable. 5.2 as basic. Rest part in comments..
