So- we run Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) for our clients display ads in a feed and corresponding google sheet via Google DoubleClick. My q is- does anyone know what systems out there allow for creating a template that will automatically pull a product image from say Target.com and automatically building the ad & copy without manually making 1000 ads via row for row in the google sheet? I know this is possible but curious if Sizmek or Flashtalking are more common in this type of creative development.

As a rule, significant additional responsibility at a minimum requires a title change.
Honestly, that's not even so much for you as a contributor, but for company organization and understanding what is required from staff at different levels and progressions when hiring.
It should be a title change and additional dollars, but title change the minimum.
Even if it's adding the phrase 'senior' to the name of the current role.
You could say you are doing a self evaluation, and asked for access to the Google doc, and literally do that; look at your deliverables, accomplishments, responsibilities, and business impact/outcomes, and make the argument for Senior or Manager as a current title addition.
If that is not possible, it is more dollars in salary. If that is not possible, start marketing yourself so you can be scooped out for new opportunities.
That seems very sketchy (though I’m no expert). They’re basically paying you the same but you’re doing more work than originally agreed upon. I would bring this up to your manager esp if you feel you deserve more
Bring it up during your yearly review. Prepare a document listing all of your responsibilities and be ready to speak to each one. Have a title and compensation in mind, and be prepared to negotiate. Coming in with everything clearly outlined shows professionalism and commitment—qualities that small companies value.
The Google Doc may not be something anyone is taking seriously, sometimes management comes up with things like that and they're almost aspirational. Just do the job you're getting paid to do. If anyone tells you you're expected to do something else, or something more, stand your ground and explain it's not part of your job. If they want to promote you and give you a salary bump, that's another story.
My title listed here is not my title. My last change was to reflect how others in similar positions are called. My responsibilities are the same.
I'm in the same boat :(
