Hey Cventers, I am in middle of the hiring process for Senior Frontend SE at Cvent. My third and final round is- in person interview at office. It is a technical round. My first 2 rounds have been awesome. Could anyone please help me with three queries-
1) How in person round would be different from the zoom interviews.
2) I am currently holding a CTC of 25 LPA and I have 4 years of experience, how much should I ask from them?
3) Do they provide joining bonus? if yes then on what conditions?

Can someone please share the current trends in joining/signing on bonus in Asset management industry.

I have an offer from an Asset Manager in London and it is slightly below my expectations. I want to approach them for a joining bonus but was not sure if it is a thing in asset management.

Also what is a good % to ask for a joining bonus [5%, 10% or 15%] of the base salary
