Does anyone know if the 10% variable pay that’s part of the CTC in Genpact is always paid out, or can it be withheld depending on individual or company performance?

Just curious if it’s guaranteed or if there’s any flexibility there.

Have cleared HCL interview. Initially they offered 23 lpa (via proposed offer letter, to be approved by L4), but i requested to reconsider it for 25 lpa. After 5 days, they sent final offer letter of 19 lpa (stating they can offer max 50% as per L4 approval).

I don't have any other offer as of now. What should I do?
