I've received offer for the position of Data engineer from Fractal, Gartner and Dunnhumby.
Fractal - 13.5 LPA
Dunnhumby - 15 LPA
Gartner - 15 LPA
Any suggestions on which company should I join ? I've 2+ years of experience.

What are your opinions on getting too much work in early phase of career? I have almost one year of experience and after switching to a new organisation I have like alot of work in my plate. How is Stefanini for Hikes WLB and pressure.. I've completed three rounds just for screening tech round is still pending different experience compared to other tech companies.. Currently in a product based company one of the best I've seen in my life.. But getting 40% hike in Stefanini should I consider or look for other opportunities

How many project rejection are normal in nagarro. I have been mapped with different stack due to which have been rejected twice for proposed projects.

I feel like every company lies about “working your way up.” You’re never allowed to blatantly say that you don’t like your position and you’d like to transition to HR or Finance. It’s almost as if once you get in claims, you’re stuck.

If you’re a manager and you see an employee that wants to branch out into a different department, why would you keep them boxed in for 2+ years?

Are there some background mechanics that I’m missing?

Question: How do you get your heart rate down?
Perspective: I am 24 and run 25 miles a week. My average heart rate is usually 175 but gets up to 200 (worrisome). My heart rate recovery is 55-75 after three minutes. I just don’t understand why my heart rate gets so high if I’m healthy. Am I breathing wrong?

According to the new Wage Rules, are companies giving Basic Salary as 50% of fixed Pay? Should we ask HR of our current company or the next company to actually do the same? Or the rule isn't a mandate and it's upon companies to follow it ?
