Hey Everyone, I am currently interviewing with RSM US LLP and pursuing CPA Australia and only few exams are left. My current company does not value CPA because i am in India practice. Does RSM supports CPA and will it be my advantage? Also do they help in relocating to overseas after spending sufficient time with the firm. I am into compliance profile not core audit.

Are firms willing to negotiate the role with campus hires? I received an offer for a big 4 in risk, which I signed early in September, but just now received another offer in TAS from a different firm. While I much prefer the big 4 firm, I do not want to work in risk anymore. Would a big 4 be willing to change groups? Have you heard of anyone able to do this? I feel kind of bad, but I truly despise the idea of working in risk now. ( My friend who's in the role right now hates it)
