Hi everyone, I have 2 years of experience in a service based industry as a Java developer, and I am eager to work hard and switch to a reputed product based organisation, but I am not getting proper time to study and practice data structures and algorithms, as I have so much to learn and understand things which are related to my project. Any suggestions would be appreciated and I'll try to inculcate it. Thanks in advance! Amazon Oracle Samsung Microsoft Cisco Salesforce Arcesium Uber

Any Bain recruiters in here?
Am I doing a mistake? Going from PwC to Accenture for $45K more (113 Vs 158), and a role that’s better aligned with what I was doing before joining & what I want to be doing? I joined PwC for the experience and the exit opportunity it can provide me in the future, but it’s hard not to accept this role from Accenture! Decision need to be made by end of this week….

You can try - I imagine they will not be pleased so the better route may just be to renege and go with the other offer
Pro
I'll definitely renege if they don't make the change at this point. If they do change I'll stick with the firm
In my personal opinion, I have never someone change groups just by asking. They typically hire for a specific from your university and it’s all about headcount, most likely the TAS teams are all ready full.
My opinion would be to take the TAS offer and back out of the risk one. Risk absolutely blows and has a very hard time keeping people.
Hope this is helpful.

Yeah my university isn't too strong in regards to finance. They mainly get recruited for audit and tax.
Depends. At D, risk is in Advisory which is a separate company from Consulting.
Pro
It's not in D, but I definitely know consulting won't even look at me, i believe transaction services fall under advisory, and so does risk, or at least parts of risk
