Hey everyone! I am currently working at a non-profit organization as a program supervisor, but I want to do more for the community. I have been thinking about returning to school to pursue a Master's Degree in Cultural Foundation of Community Engagement, but I am not sure if that will help my career. Does anyone have any ideas?
