Hey Everyone! I am looking for an HR Generalist in LA for my company. We are a Cannabis startup in DTLA. This position would be on-site, assisting with all HR and employee relations functions. We have around 80-100 employees on-site and are rapidly growing. Looking for someone with 3-5 years of HR experience, overseeing a site with at least 50 employees, and knowledge of federal and state labor law regulations. What would be examples of cushy industry jobs with good wlb with 200-300k pay check in finance industry? My work is mostly FS so it seems to make sense that I exit in that direction, but I keep hearing that finance in general is less chill than normal corporate sector jobs. Or is that just for IB/PE/HF?

I would gladly take a head of local bank branch or something as the culmination of my career but I fear that dream is too 1950s
