Hey everyone, I need some guidance/thoughts… How much should I ask for to work as a “blank” level PCI/SOC/FFIEC consultant? I have a college degree, 3 certifications and five plus years industry experience prior to working with my current organization. I am currently at 80k after bonus.

In April they said I have the job still waiting. I am a project accountant III to a finance business manager.Could be long nights &stress. Still unknown pay maybe 20k increase.. Last week I was offered a govt job at NGA (Budget analyst) 40k increase not guaranteed remote. 45 min drive +retirement

I will also be getting an offer internally at my current work place (which is full time) . Since full time offers more job security. I am SAP HCM consultant having 4.10 years of experience. I feel that this module doesn’t have any growth. My first switch took me to 9LPA from 6LPA and now the second switch is being offered for 11.5LPA where I can see my fellow friends in SAP having more than 15LPA at the same experience on their second switch itself. Should I be worried about my skillset? Any insights would highly be appreciated. I feel stuck.
