Hey everyone I’m an upcoming graduate trying to find a strategy/management consultant role or analyst position. I graduate this December with a BS in Industrial and systems engineering. I’ve been cold applying and reaching out to recruiters on LinkedIn for the past 2-3 months with no luck. Any advice would be much appreciated!

I currently work as a optician, referral coordinator and optometry technician. Busting my butt off wearing all 3 hats and I get paid $20 an hour… I don’t think this is a fare wage considering I’m doing the job of 3 people. I want to negotiate a higher wage any tips of what I should ask for?

Applied for a position in Johnson and Johnson Canada. Reached the final round 3 weeks back. After not getting any updates I emailed the HR a couple of weeks back. They responded back telling me that they’ll have an update for me the next week. Again I emailed them on Thursday asking if they have anything for me before the long weekend ( Good Friday & Easter). No response whatsoever. Will emailing them again be inappropriate? I desperately need this job
