I've been learning UX designing from last year and I did an internship which got over 3 months ago, they did offer me a full time position but that workplace didn't felt like a good fit for me. I need to find a better job but everyone offering entry level jobs are asking for 2-3+ years of experience. How should I proceed with this job searches. Any advice?

Presently working in EY as AM. Total YOE 6.2yrs. Got selected in Deloitte at Manager level. Please suggest the Compensation (range) that I may demand:
Present Package - 19.5L (fixed)
Variable - 10-15% (Would be pro rated to 8months)
Joining bonus - 1L
Not sure about variable payout but will have to let go off the joining bonus and hike for sure.

I’m a UX designer with 2 YOE in a design agency currently at 12.5LPA. I’ve recently landed an offer at a startup for 16.5 LPA + 2L esops with 2yr cliff period for a senior UX design role. I want to know if it’s worth to make the switch or wait some more?

PS: This was my first interview in the switching process so I’m not sure if I could have landed better offers or if this is the best I could get.

So I am working as a UI UX designer since Jan22. I started with a really good project (everything from the scratch) with research, knowing the user etc. The project went really well. It was my first project that I handled individually. I got another project it also went well. Then I was told to work directly with a client, it's been 2 months already we work late hours and also on weekend (asked by the client). It feels like my personal life is gone. Do you think I should change job?
