Hey everyone, I’ve had eight interviews with media agencies but I keep getting rejected after the screening stage. I’ve worked with big clients like Amazon, Nestlé, and Zara, and have over three years of experience. I’m confident in my communication skills, and my approach during the screening but I’m not sure why I’m not progressing past the first round.

Anyone have advice on what I might be missing or what I can improve to move forward? Appreciate any insights!

I think it’s over with my SO of 3 years. He tells me he loves me and wants to work things through but has lied to me several times in the past - some which were the same mistake three times. Do you think you and your significant other should have similar personalities? My significant other and I are doing long distance and I feel like when I FaceTime with him, I emote more and show interest by asking more questions but from his end, he doesn’t always have a reaction or just nods, and it makes me feel like he’s uninterested.
