Rising Star
I think growth wise Nagarro and Deloitte.
In Deloitte you will get good culture, better policies like WFH allowance twice a year and a good work culture all together. Deloitte, if you are inclined towards consulting. However, all may come at a cost of WLB.
Oracle you will get relaxed work culture but very poor financial growth.
Nagarro will be better than any typical service based company with good professional and financial growth.
IHS Markit, you will get very good WLB, okay financial growth and great culture. You will get 60 annual leaves including 12 public holidays. As it is going to get acquired by S&P Global which is a quite good brand, it will look good on resume as well. To flip side of this coin, there might be some turbulence regarding job security at IHS.
I would have chosen IHS Markit for great WLB and getting acquired by S&P because I don't have debts and I can manage this risk.
@ihs markit 1. Thanks for the info....wanted to check on the job security part since there is a merger....so should one be worried before joining the same ?

IHS - again i dont know. If you never had a big4 exp - Go for Deloitte. As i am from a big4 definitly u will have career growth, good hikes and best place for settling your career but wlb is yet to improve (which has its reason that we cannot change) and again this is my sole opinion - its sometimes difficult to move around diff technologies or project unless u get a good Counselor or manager. If you already have worked with a big4 - then dont again for another big4, go for Oracle - peaceful envt, hikes are not that great but definitly it will boost ur CV visibility esp when in future if you want to apply FAANG/MAANG whatever. 😅
Thanks for the detailed info.

Not comparing IHS markit here as i don't know but comparing other 3 -- Oracle is good in terms of WLB and having a product based brand name in ur CV . Deloitte is also good but if its USI - WLB is bad but internal hikes are very good.

@tata Consultany - Maybe Indian client is tough but at least far better than US or Uk clients. Maybe its my opinion but working with foreign clients are very tough as they are not that technically good and very hard to convince. And we have to work in their timings.
IHS is great in terms of WLB, infact should be best among all. The appraisals are a bit poor though.
