I am currently working as a senior consultant in Siebel crm telecom domain at 18.5 LPA with 7+ years of work ex.

I wish to change my career path for better opportunities but not very sure which path I should take ahead.

Please let me know which one you think would be a better choice?
1) stay in siebel
2) learn data science - if yes suggest options
3) pursue executive MBA - if yes which fields would help utilise my current experience.

I’ve been out of work for a significant amount of time due to Covid decimating my industry. I’ve gone on many interviews and had a few final rounds. I finally received an offer today. The pay is more than I’ve ever made & team seems great. I just can’t help but feel a little disappointed bc it’s not the industry I was in before which was the whole reason I went to law school to begin with. I’ve been practicing in traditional labor for about two years now (although about a decade of labor relations experience) but I’m trying to break into employee benefits law. Unfortunately I’m not being given much experience in benefits as I’m pretty typecast as a labor atty. Any advice on how I can go about getting employee benefit experience? My long term goal is to have benefits be my main area of practice.

The biggest thing I keep running and running around my head- after 8 months, why did he drop me? But the problem is that the company is not providing the remote work, I had to relocate to Banglore.
I have never been to Banglore before only living Delhi ncr or doing remote work.
