CCTC: 18 LPA (its been 9 months in the company)
YOE: 4 yrs 9 months
Tech: ReactJS, JavaScript etc.

Haven't put down the paper yet (notice period will be 2 months)

What can the expected CTC for a 5 YOE? I want good WLB and growth in a product based company.

Any one make a move from fund admin after big 4 assurance and then was able to make a pivot to a PE fund accounting team? I am considering moving to a fund admin now. Have 9+ years of big four experience. Worried that I can get stuck in fund admin. But I have interviewed at several big name pe shops and make a few rounds on interviews but then get the same feedback that they are worried about my lack of operational experience.

What level is a senior Partner Solution Architect - SAP?

Currently a staff in audit - 6 months in. Glad to be learning a lot, and have had a generally positive experience at the firm other than a few interactions, some tough busy season nights. Really been intrigued by TAS/M&A, however, and had a few convos with a senior in TAS i know at the firm. It’s closer to what I studied, but don’t know how to make the jump as it seems an internal transfer could take 6+months/senior rank and a lot of convincing. Is it better to jump firms/has anyone done this?

1) internship experience -> can it be counted as YOE?

2) Startup I founded (actual startup, but it was done during my uni days)

Hi, I had finished my technical and managerial round on May 25th and 26th with PWC. The manager did mention that there would be another in-person round in the PWC Bangalore office. Today I got the job offer and they are offering me 54k. My current company is making me 50k with tons of benefits which is why I am asking for 60k.

Capital gains tax rate - I know there are diff rates (0/15/20) depending on income threshold but is the threshold based solely on “earned income” (i.e., wage)? For ex. if I quit my job and hv zero earned income and sell my stocks with 5M gain in the same yr, there would not be any capital gain tax?? It doesn’t seem right but is that the rule?
