I'm 7.4 years experienced, currently working in TCS with 10.91LPA. I have below offers in hand, kindly suggest me best offer in terms of work life balance and job security.
1. Infosys -14.1L fixed, Technology Lead position
2. DXC Technology - 17.5L fixed, Prof II Product Developer position
3. Capgemini - 17.1L fixed, Senior Consultant position.

1. As I heard it's difficult to move between projects in TCS, how can I make sure that I am getting a project that has good growth and onsite opportunities.

2. For a C3B I have a component called 'Perfornance bonus' (25K per month, to be paid quarterly).
How much of it, I will get usually ?

3. Any advices for a new joinee ? Please suggest

PWC - 22L fixed

This is for a guidewire role.
Which is a better offer? What would be a good option for growth wrt role, salary etc.
Also, PWC claims to offer variable based on their fixed CTC based on the ratings.. is this true ? How much is the avg percentage given?

I am interviewing at a Production Studio and it’s going well. The majority of my experience is agency side. They mentioned base salary with commission, as they want to see growth in the next 3-5 years. There has been no talk of salary yet. What does a base salary for an EP with commission usually look like in this role? What should I be asking for? 2. Realistic market opportunity/opportunity to crush quota (obv dependent on many things)
